Option 4 – YourTraditionalRecruitment
Chose this option if you want a premier recruitment solution with maximum placement guarantee
Our flagship recruitment solution takes in all the benefits you would expect from an agency with all the skills and market knowledge necessary to make your recruitment process flawless and stress free from start to finish. Incorporated in this option is a full 10 week guarantee and payment is only requested once the placement commences.
- All the benefits of our first 3 options of YourAd, YourAdPlus and YourRecruitPro
- Client visit or if preferred telephone/email contact to suit your requirements
- Initial telephone interview with successful candidates short listed for full face to face, in depth interviewing utilising our own unique competency based questions. Results can be made available upon request
- I.T Skills checked using our own state of the art Kenexa Prove It! software.
- Clients can request specific software applications they would like prospective candidates to be tested on and the results can be made fully available
- Interviews arranged and schedules fully prepared for client
- Candidates given in-depth interview preparation
- Client feed back at all stages of the recruitment process
- Where requested by client, two candidate references obtained
- Negotiation on behalf of client and candidate for salary and benefits

- Contract placements undertaken
- Dedicated Account Executive to complete the whole recruitment process

Recruitment Solutions Summary Terms of Business
Our unique Flat Fee Recruitment Solutions are offered subject to our terms and conditions. Please see below for a brief summary of our terms, a full copy of which can also be downloaded from our website.
- An Order is place by the Client either making a written or telephone request for the provision of Services or placing a request for the provision of Services on the Website.
- By registering and placing an Advert, the Client is requesting that an Advert appears on the Website, on the Job Boards and in other media in accordance with our Terms of Business.
- Cancellation Fee – If an offer of Engagement has been made to the Applicant and the Client decides for any reason to withdraw it, in the case of YourAdPro and YourTraditionalRecruitment the Client shall be liable to pay the Agency a minimum fee of £250.00.
- YourAd and YourAdPlus are payable immediately on receipt of invoice.
- YourRecruitPro has payment terms of 7 days and YourTraditionalRecruitment has payment terms of 30 days.
- When using YourRecruitPro there is a four week placement guarantee of 100% plus VAT
- YourTraditonalRecruitment has a 10 week placement guarantee calculated on a sliding scale (please refer to full Terms for details).
- In order to qualify for a refund, the Client must pay the Agency’s fee within the due date (being 7 days of the date of invoice in the case of YourRecruitPro and 30 days of the date of the invoice in the case of YourTradionalRecruitment) and must notify the Agency in writing of the termination of the Engagement within 7 days of its termination.
