Recruitment Solutions Summary Terms of Business
Our unique Flat Fee Recruitment Solutions are offered subject to our terms and conditions. Please see below for a brief summary of our terms, a full copy of which can also be downloaded from our website.
- An Order is place by the Client either making a written or telephone request for the provision of Services or placing a request for the provision of Services on the Website.
- By registering and placing an Advert, the Client is requesting that an Advert appears on the Website, on the Job Boards and in other media in accordance with our Terms of Business.
- Cancellation Fee – If an offer of Engagement has been made to the Applicant and the Client decides for any reason to withdraw it, in the case of YourAdPro and YourTraditionalRecruitment the Client shall be liable to pay the Agency a minimum fee of £250.00.
- YourAd and YourAdPlus are payable immediately on receipt of invoice.
- YourRecruitPro has payment terms of 7 days and YourTraditionalRecruitment has payment terms of 30 days.
- When using YourRecruitPro there is a four week placement guarantee of 100% plus VAT
- YourTraditonalRecruitment has a 10 week placement guarantee calculated on a sliding scale (please refer to full Terms for details).
- In order to qualify for a refund, the Client must pay the Agency’s fee within the due date (being 7 days of the date of invoice in the case of YourRecruitPro and 30 days of the date of the invoice in the case of YourTradionalRecruitment) and must notify the Agency in writing of the termination of the Engagement within 7 days of its termination.
