For our clients, we offer an in-depth recruitment service and will provide you with your own Account Executive who will work with you to learn about your business, it's culture and your vacancy.
We focus on relationships within our agency and believe that this is key to finding you the right staff. As an independent agency, you can rest assured that we will adapt our services to suit you and your business. This results in a unique, one to one recruitment package, tailored for your specific requirements.
Temporary Staff
Dealing with the temporary market, we are able to provide you with the right staff at short notice to cover for staff sickness, holiday or an extra work load. All Account Executives have Blackberry's which means they are available out of hours if you have an urgent requirement.
We aim to provide you with the name of your temporary candidate in less than 30 minutes from when we receive the booking.
All of our temporary candidates have been thoroughly screened and skill checked and we hold two references on file. Candidates can be provided for 4 hours, 1 day, 1 week or more!
We maintain control of the applicant and deal with all of the payroll and the administration which leaves you free to get on with the job at hand.
Permanent Staff
Our motto is "the right applicant for the right job" and this is what we live by to make sure that our agency keeps it's excellent reputation.
When you speak to us about your vacancy, your Account Executive will take all relevant details and make sure that all aspects of the role are fully understood. We will aim to visit your offices if we haven't already done so, to gain a better appreciation of the environment that our applicant will be working within and the personality that would fit within your team.
Following this, once we have your permission and we have checked that you are happy with the content, we will advertise your vacancy, making sure that your company details remain completely anonymous and confidential. This service is completely free of charge and enables us to gain a better spectrum of applicants for your vacancy.
A shortlist of suitable applicants will then be drawn up and our top three applicants will be selected. Their CV’s will then presented to you along with a full profile about the applicant for your information.
Depending on the vacancy, this process is normally completed the day that we receive the vacancy so that you are able to start the interview process as quickly as possible.
We will then maintain our support and control of the applicants until and offer has been made.
Contract Staff
If you are looking for an applicant on a longer term basis, contract staff can often be a more realistic and cost effective method of recruiting.
We can provide candidates on a fixed term contract over 3, 6, 9 or 12 month periods. Our charge rate will be dependant upon the candidate’s annual salary and your invoice will be a pro rata amount.
If you choose to take a candidate on a contract basis, our permanent recruitment process will take place and once your chosen applicant has started work with you, they will be employed by you and be part of your payroll.
